Housing Co-operatives can now enjoy a web service specific to their needs. Combining 15+ years experience as a Co-op Committee Member (Princes Park), and a lifetime as an IT Professional. Award Systems has developed a web solution unique for Housing Co-ops. Supported earlier this year by North West Housing Services, with a contribution from its Community Fund.

Your Co-op is easily found on the Internet, allowing your members to pay rent online.
Any visitors to your site can download an application form. Or, register an interest,
if your Housing Lists are closed. Site viewable on all devices, from smart phones to laptops.

Keeping the Co-ops Members informed, helps the Members know and engage with their Co-op.
The Co-ops policies are viewable online, and if allowed, the Committee Meeting Minutes
also (anonymised if preferred).

Members can securely logon to the site. This allows members to easily record repair requests,
and view their repair histories. Forgotten passwords can be reset.

Consultation and Feedback
The core of the Co-operative is its Members, with a Management Committee making decisions on
behalf of these Members. Consultations between Members and Committees do take place, though
can be infrequent. The Award Systems Web Service supports a consultation/feedback
feature, which address's this issue.

All website accounts are secured with encrypted passwords, and all data is backed up daily.
This service has been online for 12 months now, with no downtime.

Award Systems Web Service is a completely managed package. Charges for this service
are dependent on number of properties. Typically, a 100 property Co-op would be
charged a very reasonable £50 a month for this service.
